Return & Refund Policy

As we deal in natural wellness products, we follow strict hygiene standards.

Returns: Products once sold are generally not returnable, unless:

You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

Refunds:

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Non-Returnable Items: Used, opened, or tampered items will not be accepted.
